Applies to Envline, provided by Miljøcert AS.

The agreement

The agreement is between Miljøcert AS and the company you create the account for. You confirm that you are allowed to bind that company.

Trial and payment

• The subscription starts with 30 days free. The card is registered at the start but is not charged during the trial.
• We send an e-mail before the trial ends, with the date and amount of the first charge.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
• After the trial the subscription is paid monthly in advance, or yearly if you choose that. Prices are quoted without VAT.
• You can cancel at any time. The subscription then runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.

Without a subscription

Nothing is deleted because you stop paying. Everything the company entered stays, but only the newest part is shown. Start the subscription again and the whole history is back at once.

Your responsibility

The company owns its content and is responsible for it being lawful, and for who is given access to the account. You must not attempt to reach other companies' data.

Our responsibility

We keep the service running as well as we can, but cannot guarantee that it is never down. Liability is limited to what the company has paid in the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect loss.

What the service is not

The platform helps the company document and manage its work. It is not legal advice, not an audit and not an approval from any authority.

Changes and governing law

We may change the terms, and give notice well before changes that matter to you. Norwegian law applies, with Oslo District Court as the venue.
